While we would like to believe that every one of you are going to be 100% satisfied with your purchases, we understand that may not always be the case. If at anytime within the first 14 days of receiving your product you are unhappy with what you've received, please contact us to let us know and then return the product to our showroom in its original package. Once we've received the order back, we'll provide you with the store credit.

We will only offer your choice of store credit or full refund upon return of the product if it was: 

• Damaged when you received it;

• Not of an acceptable quality; or

• Not the same item that your ordered.

Both the product and the packaging need to be in its original condition and unmarked when returned to Arrival Hall.  

When returning products please also ensure that they are packaged carefully as we will not issue a refund if they return to us damaged. Arrival Hall is not responsible if packages are misplaced or lost so we advise using a service that allows you to track the package as it gets delivered to us. We also recommend getting insurance or postage tracking when returning the item to ensure that it does reach its intended destination. Return postage costs will be at the expense of the customer

The cost of delivery is calculated based on the dimensions and weight of the product. Free shipping is available to Perth customers for standard non bulky/fragile items and also for interstate customers for orders above $99.

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for free shipping due to their size or delivery location and may also attract an additional surcharge. After your purchase, will be in touch with you with a delivery estimate or feel free to contact us to get an accurate quote.For parcels delivered within Australia we will aim for all products to be delivered within 7-10 business days but delays may occur from time to time that are out of our control but will do our best to try an minimise.

The moment you accept delivery of your purchases from Arrival Hall you agree that the products have been received in an acceptable condition and all risks associated with the products are now your responsibility. If any of your items have been damaged during transit, please contact us at order@arrivalhall.com.au within 48hrs of receipt of the damaged item in order to make a claim for refund or replacement unit to be sent out.

Notifications received after 48hrs may not be eligible for replacement items and will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Please note that we may not post to parcel lockers or PO Boxes and reserve the right to request an alternate address..
